Review: Heavenly soft hoodies-sweatshirts hoodie. Very warm and cozy but the sleeves were too short. I ordered small but I'm only 5'4 118 lbs. Funny because my daughter's arms fit well. Sorry, really never felt such a soft hoodies-sweatshirts hoodie.

Review: I got free next day shipping. I ordered at about 9pm and had it within a day and a half. The other reviews were right about the shipping being fast. I ordered this jackets-coats jacket for my daughter who is usually an extra small in everything (5'3 107lbs), but I ordered it in a small because of the other reviews I had read and it fits perfect. She loved it. I would definitely order from online again.

Review: I love my Oso (bear) hoodies-sweatshirts hoodie in black. I have the pink from last year and had to have another. I usually wear a medium in the-north-face North Face. I ordered both medium and large after reading other reviews. I ended up keeping the medium. I agree the jackets-coats jacket is slim in the waist and cut close to the body. I wish the sleeves were a tad bit longer. However, I think the large looked too sloopy on me (underarms hung down too low and waist was too wide). I think this jackets-coats jacket is so warm and touchably soft - ideal.

Review: I love this jackets-coats jacket! It is very warm. I am glad I ordered a size up after reading other reviews. I have two other north-face-jackets North Face jackets that are mediums. However, this jackets-coats jacket with the way it is styled and zips does run small through the waist. I ordered a large and it fits perfectly! I have noticed some shedding mainly on my seat belts belt in the car. Overall, nice, warm, jackets-coats jacket. I have received lots of compliments. I love the-north-face North Face products!

Review: I ordered the OSO hoodies-sweatshirts Hoodie for my 12 year old granddaughter-it arrived, she put it on, stuck her hands in the pockets and pulled out a BIC lighter, and tobacco from a cigarette from the other pocket! The jackets-coats jacket had a 3 inch tear in the seam! I was so disappointed as was she. I immediately called the hot line number and within 48 hours another (a new one) jackets-coats jacket arrived. I was pleased with the service, but disappointed that the first jackets-coats jacket arrived as a used product-for it was not acceptable that they would try to substitute a used item! We are pleased with the replacement. Received a discount on my next item-should have given me money off for having to send the first one back!

However, she told me she would like it even more if it was black. online was great--the brown one arrived one day after purchasing it and my daughter-in-law returned the brown and I purchased it in black without any problems. Great gift and nice first time experience with online.

Review: This was a gift for my daughter, who loves it. Not a true hoodies-sweatshirts hoodie, love the style though. Super soft beautiful chocolate brown. She generally wears a small adult shirt, but I bought a medium for wearing over sweaters sweaters or layers.
